Lyn is a lovely 2 year old chocolate Labrador who needs a new home through no fault of her own.

Her vaccination programme is up to date.

Lyn loves children and other dogs. She does pull a bit on lead but is otherwise a very obedient dog and so affectionate and loving.

BUSTER BLACK LABRADOR

Buster is a lovely black Labrador who is 4 years old. Through no fault of his own he needs a new home.

He is vaccinated, micro chipped and castrated.

Barney loves children, dogs and cats. He is a very loving affectionate dog.

BARNEY - YELLOW LABRADOR

Barney is an 8year old yellow Labrador who is a lovely dog.

He is a big dog and very strong. Barney loves children and is very good with other dogs and cats.

His vaccination programme is up to date. Through no fault of his own Barney is looking for a new home. He pulls on lead but with the right owner this could be solved.

MURPHY AND TIA

Murphy is a 5 year old male black Labrador Retriever and Tia is a 4 year old female yellow Labrador Retriever.

Murphy and Tia get on well with other dogs, cats and love children. Both Labradors are very loving , affectionate dogs so typical of the breed.

Sadly their owners are moving to Australia where it will be too hot for the dogs.

Murphy and Tia are much loved Labradors and Labrador Rescue would like to re home them together.

Heidi and Harrys Sponsored walk up Fyrish

Heidi and Harry her 3 year old rescue black Labrador had a lovely day climbing Fyrish to raise funds for Labrador Rescue Caithness and Scotland. Bonnie the 6 month old black Labrador who is the latest rescue addition to the family was too young to make the climb and instead had lots of fun playing with Harvey and Macy 2 lovely Springer Spaniels. ( note Macy is also a rescue dog )

Heidi enjoyed the climb as did Harry - she had a few sad moments too thinking of Jake her beloved Springer Spaniel she lost last year who also loved this particular walk.

Jet and Jazz mother and daughter need new home

Jet and Jazz are two beautiful black Labrador Retrievers who are mother and daughter. Jet is the mum and she is 10 years old and Jazz is her 8 year old daughter. They have never been apart since Jazz was born and need to be rehomed together. They are being rehomed through no fault of their own - a sad change of circumstances has forced this decision and they are much loved Labradors.

Both Jet and Jazz adore children and are wonderful with other dogs. Both have been spayed although their vaccs programmes have lapsed.

Do not be put off by their age - these are 2 very energetic Labradors who adore their walks, playing with soft toys and retrieving. They are very obedient and walk to heel, have a super recall and are very biddable dogs. Jet still mothers Jazz every day by washing her face and ears for her. Jazz loves to play hide and seek and also does a mean "high five". Jet and Jazz are very affectionate loving Labradors.

Sponsored walk

Heidi, Deputy Rescue and Rehoming Co-Ordinator Caithness and Sutherland is doing a sponsored walk at the end of May with her family and Harry her rescued black Labrador- The latest rescue addition to the family Bonnie a 5 month old black labrador is too young to walk this distance.

Heidi and Harry will walk up Fyrish hill and all money raised will go to Labrador Rescue Caithness and Scotland.

Heidi is doing this walk in memory of Jake, her 3 year old Springer Spaniel who she tragically lost last summer.
